Quoting: subSo I won't be able to play this with my Radeon 7950 on Linux? :/

That game works fine on Windows.
Likely Mesa just isn't in a state for those cards in terms of features and/or performance.
Good question.

Does RADV officially support GCN1?

Yes, just that they don't support all the graphical features required for the game to run most likely

Quoting: Guesti wish they could put vulkan in tr2013 because the performance issues are really annoying especially if i have a 980ti i should be getting smooth frame rates.hopefully developers will stick with vulkan and just do away with opengl.i may be asking for too much but vulkan is the future.
Vulkan isn't some magic bullet, it won't improve games that were released before a: the standard even existed, and B: it won't work as well when it isn't built for Vulkan in mind. Adding Vulkan to TR2013 wouldn't really do much.

Same here. I've ditched my Windows version of Hitman for now, until the time window for Feral to get their cut expires (about 2 weeks apparently).

Quoting: chancho_zombieDevelopers like to point the finger on users. But this is actually a steam problem, steam is suppose to by the solution for the middle-man problem. If there is something I learned from reading the linux kernel mailing list, is that you never take it on users.
How...how is this a Steam problem? The devs set the price, not Valve.

I made a video back in early 2016 explaining why this idea of Linux Gaming being a "Dead Platform" is a waste of an argument, and it shouldn't even be an argument. View video on youtube.com
