Looks like the open-world FPS 'The Signal From Tölva' is now on Linux

Quoting: liamdawe
Quoting: CorbenIt's not (yet) officially advertised as a SteamOS title, is it?
At least I see only a Windows and macOS icon.
No, this is mentioned twice in the article.
Something is wrong with this article: this game is actually not available on Linux officially on Steam. It's only on Windows and MacOS, that's it!

So do you mean that if we purchase the game, it will be available on Linux magically? Will it count as a Linux purchase?

Sorry, but this article is very misleading...

I'm saying that because I'd like to buy and play this game, but only on Linux, if not, I'll ignore it...

The End Is Nigh is now in Beta for Linux

Just so that people understand how great news this is. To give credits to the original developer, and as I think it should be mentioned in this article according to me:
Edmund McMillen is the developer of this game.

You know, he's the author of little unknown games like:
Super Meat Boy
The Binding Of Isaac
Well, some of the best and famous indie games. And all available on Linux of course.

We should give more credit to this great news.

Dead Cells, a roguelike and castlevania-inspired action-platformer looks amazing and heading to Linux

Quoting: RipsterIt seems there are quite a few really fun roguelike's for Linux. I wonder if it's just my perception of things or if they are more likely to be cross platform for some reason. This game looks amazing. I don't usually buy anything in EA but I may make an exception here.
It's not just your perception. Most of the significant roguelikes/roguelites are available on Linux.
To quote just a few:
Acient Domain of Mystery
The binding of Isaac: Rebirth
Crypt of the NecroDancer
Don't Starve
FTL: Faster Than Light
Hand of Fate
Invisible, Inc.
Neo Scavenger
Nuclear Throne
Rogue Legacy
Tales of Maj'Eyal

And these are the ones I play, there are even more...
Also most of the "real" roguelikes listed here are available on Linux:

Well, nice job as this is clearly not acceptable.
