I played this game back in the day on the OUYA. My sisters (Around 10-11) really enjoyed this game and still ask about it. Might pick this up for them as I no longer have an OUYA.

Quoting: IzberionWhy so slow?Quoting: loggfreakthe only downside to KDE is the massively slow boot speed, aside from that it isn't really slow/bloated like many people sayI'm running Arch and Plasma 5 on an 1TB Samsung SSD and my boot time is about 10 seconds :P
boot speed on KDE is a lot longer than any other DE, though plasma5 is a big improvement in this aspect

Quoting: UnshraI really hope Linux works with the Graphics Amplifier.Quoting: n30p1r4t3You better be familiar with optimus/bumblebee! Otherwise, use manjaro. :)Oh I am familiar :) and currently use primusrun and optirun on my current set-up (some games run better on one verses the other,) seems just about all notebooks these days are going discrete, even those aimed at mobile gamers.
Currently Antergos has been my go to Arch Linux distribution, I like that it used the official repository and doesn't lag behind like some of other Arch Linux based OS.

Quoting: UnshraWith all the new Linux games arriving I finally broke down and ordered a more powerful notebook. Just ordered the new Alienware 17 (used company discount combined with their current President's Day sale,) figure if the notebook is not powerful enough then I'll purchase the external graphics amplifier and see if that helps. :pYou better be familiar with optimus/bumblebee! Otherwise, use manjaro. :)
So far from what I see the only issue I'll have with the Alienware is the Killer WiFi, but I should be able to just swap it out with a Linux compatible card. I'll see if the one from my current system will work.
Current Spec for the new notebook that's on it's way.
CPU: i7-4980HQ
GPU: Nvidia 980M 4GB
RAM: 8GB (Will swap it with the 16GB in my current system)
Looking forward to getting it to play nice with Arch.

This game honestly ran fine for me. Was it perfect? No. But it was defiantly playable. In fact, I beat the story with some 25ish hours of gameplay on record. Still one of the best games on Linux right now.
Update: As requested my framerate lies in the mid 30s on average with occasional spikes above 60. The lowest I saw was 18. The game feels much smoother than this however.
My Settings:
Everything On Max except view distance.
Specs:
i5 4690K @ 4.0Ghz
16GB 1866Mhz Ram
GTX 980 (Latest Drivers)
