I'm going to build a drone that manipulates time so that I can play all these awesome Linux games we keep getting!

I loved Alien Breed on the Amiga, and Xenosis looks great. It's also great to see the developer here, and day-1 Linux support.

Seems I've broken my 'no pre-order' rule again - just backed it on Fig.

Dwarf Fortress inspired space station sim 'Starmancer' fully funded, demo updated with colonists

Despite my 'don't pre-order' rule, I backed this after reading about it here. Looks awesome, and the fact they already had Linux builds (and that it was not a stretch goal) gave me confidence they would actually deliver. They post updates frequently and the one about Chucklefish is a positive move. I really hope they are successful with this.

I suck at driving games, but this does look awesome. And given the following:

- Day 1 Linux support
- Built on Linux

I will have to put my money where my mouth is, and buy on release. If only their Steam page was up so I could wishlist it.

Slime Rancher has a huge update with a new dangerous area to explore and a casual game mode
20 Oct 2017 at 10:31 am UTC

On top of that, it also adds in a new Casual Mode. This mode doesn't have any tarr slimes, so it's a more relaxing experience, likely good for a younger audience. Feral slimes aggressiveness has also been reduced for this mode, with them no longer perform their "butt stomp".
This will make my daughter very happy. Boy does she complain about those tarr slimes!

The third and final chapter of upcoming point-and-click adventure 'The Journey Down' now has a release date

This is the only game promised for Linux I felt confident to back on Kickstarter, due to the quality of the first two and the candidness of the developers. Very pleased to see it finally coming.
