I don't mind DLC.
I liked expansion packs back in the day. Starcraft Broodwar , Age of Empires 2 The Conquerors etc.
Bad DLC would be something like horsearmor.
Bad DLC would be on-release DLC or on-disc DLC.
Even worse they could have loot crates.
As long as it is extra optional content that does not break the game I am happy to purchase.

Some thoughts on The Lion’s Song, a narrative-rich adventure

I was trying to get Steam Native to run , and someone mentioned to me on reddit to install "steam-native-runtime" package.
I was doing this for Civ BE . It worked (though even with sigfault fix it manages to crash my PC - but that's another story)
After that I thought to try out a few other games and one of them was Lion';s Song and it worked fine.
Thank you for the solution though. I will keep it in mind for future issues of a similar nature.

Quoting: WeidengeistIronically it solved itself.Quoting: razing32I have just registered here to help you solve this problem, as I encountered exactly the same issue running Arch.[razing@blueathena The Lion's Song]$ ./runTLS.sh
./TLS: /usr/lib/libcurl.so.4: version `CURL_OPENSSL_3' not found (required by ./TLS)
Still broken for me sadly.
Think I need to find and link a different library than my system one.
First, install the curl compatibility package:
sudo pacman -S libcurl-compat
Afterwards, edit the file [TLS root]/game/GameData/runTLS.sh. Change the last line from
./TLS
to
LD_PRELOAD="/usr/lib/libcurl.so.3"
This solved the library issue for me. Hopefully, it will help you (and everybody else running into this problem), too.

Your cursors is a hand.
You can pick up creatures , cast spells , carve out areas to dig or slap creatures to make them work harder.
You carve out areas and build rooms.
These rooms have functions like providing sleeping chambers, providing food or entertainment for your creatures.
Other rooms attract creatures and provide functions - Library attracts mages and provides researching magic spells.
You have to protect your dungeon heart at all costs and complete the objective while being assaulted by enemy heroes.
You can't control creatures directly so you have to rely on a call to arms spell.
You can also build traps against adventurers that come to your dungeon.Anything from doors that block paths to traps that do damage.
The whole fun is in building an efficient dungeon and horde of creatures to defeat foes and complete objectives.
Hope this helps somewhat :)

Quoting: Avehicle7887I'm still on the fence for this game, it has been on sale like a few hundred times already, I like strategy/building games but I'm not sure what do you exactly do in this. It's like a dungeon-management game basically.

GG Liam.
I would say more about the game but that trailer is not much to go on. Too little gameplay is shown.
