So they basically put a racer , a visual novel and nudity in a blender ?

Hypergate, a new space-combat sim will support Linux

It will feature a 10-mission single-player campaign, which the developer says will last around an hour.
The game looks great but that statement about Single Player makes it a instant turn off for me.
I like single player content and a good story campaign. Really curios how those customized battles make up for it.
Or maybe I am just not the target audience and most people who buy this care about the combat only ??

Total War Saga: Thrones of Britannia confirmed for Linux, from Feral Interactive

Honestly I don't get it .
It is clear whatever engine these Total War games use make them easier to port to linux and they clearly have a fanbase in our community.
Yet every time a port is announced i see people groan how they hate them and won't buy them.
What do they expect from Feral ? If something is easy to port and popular and by consequence profitable why are you so surprised they are doing it ?

I like this. This is games used for good , to send a message. Rather than finding out the best algorithm to exploit your consumer base with loot boxes.
