Last week I bought The Witcher 3 GOTY because it was on a massive sale. I played through the semi-native TW2 to remind myself of the story and I'm now playing TW3 through Steam Play. Works like a charm so far, apart from a few crashes that got solved by verifying the integrity of game cache - probably had some kind of a download problem somewhere.

When put into context with this article about Mesa 19 on Phoronix [External Link], I think might be right as written, that is, below, because the new also Mesa has a fix for memory problems with TF2.

I think this is rather clever. Some things just need to be achieved gradually, instead of all at once. The gradual approach could be sort of a proof-of-concept that will show others that the open-source way is indeed viable for hardware, too. I like it.

Does Bitwig Studio count as a game? Ok it doesn't but it's what I'm playing around with. And it's on Linux! :D
