Here's some Steam Deck Verified games coming in 2025 to get excited about

I enjoyed the original "Lost In Random" game, but the new one looks like it might have a different play style.
Tenebria Somnis seems like an odd mix of video and pixel art, but could be interesting.
Deliver At All Costs looks like it could be amusing fun, if they do it well.

Seems like VDPAU lacking is the biggest issue? Or maybe newer stuff has switched to NVDEC now? I noticed the libva VDPAU wrapper I was using before got replaced with a libva NVDEC wrapper...

if a game is Steam Deck Playable at least (or higher like Verified), it will also be SteamOS Compatible

I imagine at some point soon, this will need to diverge. As I recall, there are some games that are flagged as Unsupported on Steam Deck, due to "graphics settings cannot be configured to run well", or something similar, even though they have native Linux versions, or have good compatibility ratings on ProtonDB.

allowing the fan to turn off at lower temperatures even when using a custom curve.

Nice! I was wondering why it acted so weird at lower temperatures.
