Stardew Valley 1.2 is out with more languages, better gamepad support and more

Slightly disappointing considering it's bugfixes and localisation instead of new content.

Quoting: iniudanWell Stardew is made by a single person, so it taking time is a bit normal considering if he work on anything else it delays it.
The game is currently (mostly) managed by Chucklefish, Playism and Sickhead Games. Since Playism handled localisation and Sickhead Games handles porting to Playstation platforms, presumably Chucklefish is handling MP co-op, as they have already implemented that in Starbound.

Having said that, if the development process of Starbound (a game I bought in early access) is an indicator of anything, then we can expect the MP update to be somewhere before the end of this century.

Now here's an interesting post:

Brigador to get a big re-release with a new intro campaign and re-balanced difficulty

Good to see it's getting further (free!) content after the Halloween updates. Excellent game and great soundtrack.

I'm surprised they want to further tweak its Dark Soulsesque approach to difficulty and trial and error. If anything then people in reviews seem to be praising the challenge and if someone's uncomfortable with it then you can use that recently added slow-down option AND what I think not everyone has realised is that there has always been a difficulty selector right at the start of each mission, i.e. the mech selector, which goes from the easiest mech at the top of the list to the hardest mech at the bottom.

Stellaris: Utopia, the first major expansion is now up for pre-order

Pre-ordering a DLC? No incentives to lure me in? Paradox is getting cheekier than usual :P.

Other than that I'm silently hoping for a -50% sale on the base game so I can snatch it along with the expansion as I had my eye on it for a while.

Steam now has a bunch of Anime shows you can buy, also a sale on Anime games

Never used Crunchyroll, but I did hear a lot of negative opinions.

As for the games, I can easily recommend Danganronpa and VA-11 Hall-A. I have yet to play Disgaea, but I heard it's quite popular.

Strategy game 'Cossacks 3' will have a Linux beta on Friday and I have a key for one lucky person

To be honest, it comes as no surprise that there are delays in the Linux release. I've been following the game since its Windows release and that could be best described as pretty bad. However they've been making progress through fairly regular patches so it might be worth grabbing soon.
