I bought it because all the money ($35+) goes to charity, if I get some good games it's a bonus. I put some money aside each week for donations and every month give to a charity, the only thing is I have to count the conversion rate from AUD to USD so I put extra in that account and after a year I had accumulated enough extra money to buy the bundle.
So far It seems humble bundle are doing much of the same, if IGN keeps their noses out of it then is should be another good year for bundles in 2018.

Interesting games, I don't have any of them but nothing is on my wishlist or strongly interests me, but I do want to buy the bundle... If I had the money to spare.. What I need is a money tree then I could throw money at them and buy all the linux games. :P

That's awesome, also bastion is on sale (75% Off) until October 2nd. I love their games but not so much their new one pyre, it's a fantastic game but it lacks gameplay as in actual time you spend playing vs reading text and roaming around. I haven't played it yet but I did watch a LP of it, I intend to play it but it's low on my wishlist so I might pick it up in a bundle. I loved bastion and transistor so check out their other game too.

VERY interested, I imagine that they will get plenty of tester for the game. I have seen the game before and was hoping for a linux version but lost hope for that, until today!
What have you been playing on Linux lately and what do you think?

X3 - Albion Prelude : Such a fun space out game, something you can just relax and fly around in space with the beautiful systems.
Insurgency : I haven't played the new day of infamy yet but tbh I enjoy the original just fine.
Megabyte Punch : It's a smaller game and I have come back to play it again, it's got solid game-play but can be a bit repetitive. I use it as a warm up game and it serves it's purpose as I do love my platformers.
I am looking forward to hand of fate 2 release hopefully this year.

I would love to see a UI that I can navigate without a wiki page, just the other day I found a user settings page I have never seen before, I don't know how I got to that page or how I would even get back to change some settings, better look up the wiki..
ARK: Survival Evolved has just had a price increase, it has more than doubled

hahahahah, it already has mixed reviews now it not the time to up the price on a sub par game, show that you can actually improve upon the game making it stable and perform better rather than more dinos. The game is still in early access and I wonder how many more years will we wait for it to 'release'.
