No DRM-free version there? What's the point of that store then?

The art looks interesting, but where is the DRM-free version? Transistor and Bastion are available on GOG for example (though they did come out there with a huge huge delay).

And why does it need compat profile, did they even test it with Mesa? Such things should be caught during QA cycle, not post release. Not testing with Mesa is just unacceptable today.

Mesa has a few more games in the threaded OpenGL whitelist as of today

Does glthread use all available cores, or it's limited to certain number of threads?

More like, wait for Vega without insane TDP... I suspect it might stretch out into 2018.

I got Ryzen, but it's still plagued by some of this: https://community.amd.com/message/2796982 [External Link]

Quoting: liamdaweSure, that I can agree with. I've shifted the position of it in a few places to hopefully make it a little clearer.
You can also add VRAM as one of the options.

I tried with -force-vulkan. but it doesn't really work. Or at least it's not clear if it does. It seems to load Vulkan lib (which strace shows), but loaded process shows that its bound to radeonsi_dri.so.

UPDATE:

Ah, OK. It is using Vulkan!

cat /proc/$(pidof skyrogue.x86)/maps | grep vulkan

Quoting: FaalagornAnyone tested which Unity engine they bumped their version into? Does it work under Vulkan, maybe with -force-vulkan?
Is that the way to make recent Unity games use Vulkan? I was playing around with Sky Rogue which uses Unity 5.6, but it's still using OpenGL.

I noticed, it's using Untiy 5.6, but at the same time it's not using Vulkan. Is it something developers need to enable in their build?

You need wmp# only for games that use messed up MS codecs. Not all do luckily.

DX9 games actually mostly have very good support already. You probably meant DX11 ones?
