Quoting: liamdaweI can confirm it installs and works, performance seems reasonable but not amazing. Bigger article on it likely up tomorrow as it's late now and I need to rest at some-point.You didn't it test it on Mesa though?

I discovered one composition from Nightfall in Middle Earth recently, which wasn't originally included. It came out later:

Blind Guardian are great. Nightfall in Middle Earth is my favorite album from them.

I'm going to buy it. Does it work with Mesa / radeonsi? I decided that waiting for Vega is taking too long, and bought an RX 480 on sale which should be coming soon.
What one game would blow your mind if it came to Linux & SteamOS?

My most anticipated game is the Witcher 3. From the unreleased ones - Star Citizen and Cyberpunk 2077.
Nearly 4 years later, Steam still won’t close to the tray icon on Linux without workarounds

"Closing to tray icon" is actually a bad practice according to desktop design guidelines. "System tray" is a notification area, and not a place for showing running applications. Situation when application is not shown on the task bar (or whatever UI element is used for showing all running applications) and is still running is not correct - it breaks general UI consistency.

Quoting: Comandante oardoThe Mass Effect franchise and Dragon Age Inquisition were made by Bioware, no?Yes. Though I've heard Dragon Age Origins is the only good game in the DA series and it's the last game made by "old Bioware". It was already released on GOG. Can't say anything about Mass Effect - I never played any of them and didn't research opinions either.
Quoting: DMJCOnly NWN, Witcher 2 and Kotor2 are based on the NWN engine which currently have Linux native ports.Witcher 2 has nothing to do with Aurora engine [External Link]. You mixed it up with Witcher 1.

Folks on GOG forums found the original source:
Now what does that mean? Both are already out on GOG. I guess more D&D goodness coming.

Witcher 3 for Linux? But jokes aside, possibly they are taking Galaxy out of beta, and they finally will be able to document its protocol, as they promised, so community would be able to start hacking on the FOSS client for it. I care about that way more than about their closed client for Linux that I'm not planning to use either way.
