I wasn't expecting much and I'm still disappointed.

Quoting: FutureSutureApart from the combat, I am getting some good Metroidvania vibes from this. I am looking forward to the final result! It's actually inspired by Valkyrie Profile, the plataform and combat system on it.

I'm not a fan of heavy use of 3D graphics for certain genres (where usually it will NOT contribute for gameplay in any aspect), but it's surely being used right on this one (pretty much like XCOM 2)...

This and Horizon Chase Turbo are interesting titles. I hope this trend continues, so maybe I can see something like Lamborghini American Challenge soon.

So... you guys think we can expect already released games to be updated to be DRM free or this will mostly affect only games in development?

And with this it seems 10% of my favorite games available for Linux are from Chucklefish...
I just hope there's modding support for this one as seen in Halfway.

When seeing the trailer for the first time I could swear it was a 3D game, but just know I noticed it's sprite based... o_o
Not my kind of game, but looking forward just because the graphics.
Also Starbound, Stardew Valley and Starmancer. What the hell, Chucklefish.

I really wish we had more games like NWN and NWN2. As today I'm still unable to drag my D&D gang into NWN, but this is surely a stimulus, with or without toolset (it would slow down the things a lot but...).
Also, I found this some years ago and I guess it's pertinent to share now for anyone who cares:

The SMACH Z gaming handheld has switched to AMD Ryzen & Vega, pre-orders start soon

I can't call the SMACH Z portable at all. It's big, seems heavy, uncomfortable, barely "handheld". Can't really imagine myself using one unless I'm at home, maybe even lying in bed (for like 1 hour max).
I also remember ppl complaining about Wii U and Switch controllers weight if compared to previous handhelds (and then smartphones). It took me a while to realize that this really is an important factor, a factor that weighs heavily if I'm allowed to pun...

Quoting: Doc AngeloNot really, I guess he pointed out the controller as an extra device to carry in order to play. There are people who go beyond that, carrying external battery packs and etc. IMO nothing is really worth it if using more than one pocket...Quoting: slaapliedjewho's going to carry around a controller just for whipping out at random times to play on a smart phone? If you don't intend to carry something around in order to whip it out and play on it, you wouldn't be interested in this product at all - or any other mobile gaming product.
