How did you get F1 Racing stars to run?
I don't have any luck and using 4.2 proton

I hope this pushes more developers to use vulkin and port to linux but I would rather own the games and have no DRM or use steam, then to use cloud gaming and one from a google service no thanks.

You could always try the flatpak instead, since it's distro-agnostic.

If Galaxy was to be available for Linux then what real difference is there from Steam? After all, some games even come with Galaxy dependencies.

The issue is that galaxy is needed for some online/multi player games and if it's not on Linux then that game definitely doesn't get included on GOG. Plus there Linux catalogue sucks compared to other stores that sells Linux games. Steam, humble bundle and itch do a much better job.

Well they haven't been getting many purchases from me as they refuse to bring galaxy to linux and lack so many games that have linux support but are on other stores. So they arn't really trying hard. I love DRM free but it's kind of hard to buy games from them when they aren't providing products for purchase.
