Very similar, you had a central line vehicle with support/attack vehicles around it, trying to get off of an alien planet by doing jobs for factions. Needed to collect items on a hex(?)-map, meta progression, VERY similar artstyle...
Convoy, maybe?

Q: Is Ballionaire playable on Mac/Linux?

A: At this time, there is no Linux or Mac version (there is, however, a native SteamDeck version.)

More precisely: they removed Linux from supported OS list (cf steamdb [External Link] history), hence the missing Linux icon on the Steam store page.

Curiously, it does have Native Linux support, but it's not actually advertised on the Steam store page. It's also Steam Deck Verified, which was tested by Valve on the Native Linux version.
That's the reason why I didn't buy it (yet?). They removed linux support a few hours before release :/

Creepy retro horror game Fear the Spotlight is out now

an issue where the audio will go to the wrong output
Probably this bug [External Link] (due to a shoddy FMOD implementation/integration in Unity, IIRC). This bug affects quite a few games, i.e. dotAGE whose dev recently fixed it [External Link].

Edit: played until right after you use the golden rose, alternating between both my Steam Deck 512GB LCD model and desktop, and didn't encounter the audio bug this time :/ For the framerate, maybe it's related to the retro-styled effect (options -> graphics -> framerate -> retro/smooth: switches between 30/60Hz on both devices, but strangely enough only works with v-sync disabled on Steam Deck). Otherwise, everything seems to works fine.

Edit 2: got the audio bug while using headphones on SD.

I'm pretty sure people who didn't respect the old license will respect the new one...

I've backed this project on Kickstarter. This game uses the Unity engine but defaults to the OpenGL renderer on Linux, you may have to force the Vulkan renderer to get rid of visual glitches/artifacts: in your Steam library right click on the game in the list -> Properties -> General -> Launch Options: -force-vulkan
