i have this conky [External Link]
really sth different

why different? it's a sysmon. i prefer it to ksysguard.
i would say so.
a task manager is more clear, easier to handle, you can interact with it (kill process, go to location,.), it should look the same for all, so you can compare with others without looking around where each value is
you can just close and open it, you dont need a config file

i stick with it. if you want to have a look on any PCs hardware and whats going on windows 10 task manager is by far the best

..how in relation to DRM-free gaming that "98-99% of players don't care"
But it's true. Does anyone disagree?
depends on the DRM.
DRMs that make it impossible to play RDR2, or anno1800 on linux suck
i dont mind steams DRM

linux support or not. drm or not. supraland seems like a nice game. i put it on my wishlist

Plasma's Task manager(KSysGuard) is very flexible. You can add your own graphs and tables based on sensors with simple drag and dropping - I have an extra page for fan speeds and temperatures

i still like my old i5 6500. i cant say it got slower.
very low power consumption.

but today i wouldnt buy intel. too hot, too much power consumption, too expensive... and new security problems

Quoting: mylkai dont get it why nvidia has a client for STREAMING

why isnt it like stadia with a browser... should be way less maintaining
Something about controlling the client?

For Stadia, Chrome is Google's client and they control 100% of it. Nvidia couldn't say the same if they used any known browser, so they created an equivalent Nvidia, Windows only "browser", dedicated to streaming.

Just a guess, I might be wrong.
they control the content of the website.... what else do they need to control?
