Thanks, bought it. It didn't start on Intel HD 4600 from Steam. Starting from game folder with ./game helped.

It's a myth about KDE memory bloat. I installed Manjaro KDE and XFCE for hundreds times. Actually, KDE takes less RAM than XFCE. My daily system without any tweaks uses ~500-600 mb

On more resource hunger system i managed to make it <400 mb on boot up. No XFCE system could beat that.
The bottle neck in KDE responsiveness on weak PC's is compositor, not RAM. Then it's time to shine for LXDE - it works flawlessly on any kind of system. XFCE? For me it's the same as KDE, when you talk about resourses.

Do we really need it? Or they should make it just to be "linux friendly"? There're 1-3 percent Linux OS users in the world. There are Lutris, wonderful tool for all games from all platforms. If there would be GoG Galaxy it would be just "ok, thanks" from me, and then go back to Lutris.

<<rant about how i love this game, but don't play it anymore>>
Rocket Pass is one thing i disliked mostly from this game. Not here to tell how bad this game is, i played it for about 800 hours, so it wouldn't be true. But i don't feel this game anymore and Rocket Pass wasn't helping at all.
First of all Rocket Pass is a trick to be even more gloryhunter or hardcore winner. You win, you get more points. You get more points, you get more prizes. There's no place for "empty-head" gameplay and non-binding chat anymore.
Another trick: if you wanna get enough levels (and prizes), you would have to play it hell-of-a-time. I don't know how much nolifer you have to be to get all what you've bought for that 10 euros. I tried to reach some good stuff, but after several weeks i started to hate this game and stopped playing.
So it's really more like paying a tip for game's creators, not something useful for a player.
Second, at some point game starts to be too hard for a simple player, who enjoys playing it after work. I'm not playing this game for training, being professional, to win tournaments or make the best freestyle shot ever for youtube. I'm here to play game for like half an hour and relax before going to sleep.
I've got rocketeer level with mentality and gameplay skills of ~veteran. Just because i have played much games online, not in training screen, my skill doesn't match other's in my level. What do i get? Everybody's flying around and getting own me/my team. Do i feel like enterntaining? I doubt that. I feel sorry for other teammates, just because i don't care if i miss some simple ball, or don't take the ball when i'm supposed to do that.
Actually, my son stopped playing RL even earlier than me with much better gaming skills, training, results and ~1500 hours of gameplay. When i asked him why, he told: because of tryhards. Rocketpass=tryhards.
