Features wise, the only major issue are 32-bit OpenGL scenarios. OpenGL is still missing some extensions that are required to allow decent performance.
For DX9 games, the only solution is to use DXVK.

It's the same thing. If Paradox Int. say that Linux is not viable and decide to drop it to publish their game so Paradox Dev Studio will stop to develop Linux version for their games.
