"As a true leader, it's your responsibility to build bridges, not walls". A poke at a certain US politician, perhaps? It made me smile.

Quoting: 14I welcome the refreshing look.^^ This. The GoG version of UT2k4 stopped working a while back, and my sons still want to play it. I already own it on Steam, but I can't wishlist it to be notified when it's on sale for them.
Another thing I would like is to wish list a game I already own so that I can get notified when to buy it for a friend. :)

G'day. My name's Pie, and I'm an addict. I've been clean from World of Warcraft since before the current expansion, and I only occasionally dabble with Elder Scrolls Online using Lutris. The lack of good MMORPG games on Linux has been a real help to my sobriety, but now you tell me that Albion Online is getting vastly improved PVE?
Goodbye wife, it was nice knowing you.

I've had a secret love affair with Lutris for over a year now, and I've been eagerly waiting for the 0.5 release. I love the new website so far, and there seems to be a download option for all of the most popular distributions. Like you, Liam, I avoid installing GoG games because I don't like having to manually manage them.
I've followed the FAQ and found where to "import" my GoG games, and I get a notification saying that they're imported... but I can't seem to find where to actually install them. Suggestions?

I still remember playing this back on my 1997 supercomputer with its Voodoo 2 card. Try as I might, I could not get my new bride to play it with me. Twenty-one years later, she still won't play it with me.

I have been eyeing off CS:GO for a while now, and never got around to buying it. Perhaps I will give it a go now.
On another note: there's some negative review bombing on Steam for this game at the moment. Apparently giving "Prime" to all those who bought it before it went free-to-play means that it's now difficult to find a game without cheaters. Previously it was easy to ban Prime players who cheated because it was linked to a mobile phone number, but no longer.

It reminds me of my favourite game this year - RiME. It's a pleasant walking simulator with simple puzzles, no combat and a sad story that really comes together in the final chapter.

Several times a week, my kids use the Link to stream from the gaming PC in the family room to the projector in the theatre room. They love it when their friends come around, although a few games don't work. For example; Street Fighter 4 Ultra streams video and audio, but controllers do nothing.

Either GoG is doing better discounts/deals, or the currency conversion site is wrong.
