Quoting: killxdenDid anyone else see that the humble store version of redux already has the penguin icon and the release date is set to 29 August? https://www.humblebundle.com/store/p/metro_redux_bundle_storefront [External Link]

Is that a mistake? because they said it will release later this this year. Maybe it is a surprise :P
I sent Humble an e-mail regarding the penguin icon. I'm assuming it's a mistake, but it doesn't hurt to clarify :)

I've played the Gunpoint Beta, that was fantastic (save for lack of music) :) I've also been putting a lot of hours into Towerfall; it gets very addictive with friends. And a little Sanctum 2 (though I need someone to play with ;) ) and Shadow Warrior.

GTX 645 + i7 4770 720p resolution

High and medium specs stick right at 30 FPS (assuming this is due to V-sync) give or take a frame.

Low specs fluctuated between 70 and 45 somewhat wildly.

I'm glad you mentioned the resolution thing, I didn't notice it ran at 1080 by default :P

"Play offline" That gave me a chuckle; assuming that's a cheeky shot at EA :P

Leadwerks Game Creation Kit Linux Beta Now On Steam

I chipped in to the kickstarter for this and got the indie edition a few months ago. Unfortunately at the time it required you to be on Ubuntu, as it requires Unity (as in the DE not the game engine ;)) libraries. Hopefully Josh has fixed that by now.

I was going to mention the timing of the release myself, but looks like I'm not the only one who noticed. Rest in peace, Mr. Williams :(
