I've been holding off on it; when I last checked the forums it sounded like the PhysX in the game was affecting the performance on Linux, amongst other issues. Can anyone here attest to it's performance?

I tried the demo and had no issues with text or the camera, so either the issue's fixed or I'm unaffected.
It's pretty neat, I'll probably purchase once it comes out.

Quoting: AnonHey there, on which distro did you play the game? I unfortunately can't play it on openSUSE 13.1.It's running fine for me on Linux Mint 16. Hopefully the devs get back to you on that steam thread you made; otherwise I'd email them directly.

I've played for almost an hour so far. It's definitely functional, but the animation is lacking and the writing is pretty flat (mind, after seeing one of the new episodes that problem may be beyond the scope of this game). Still, not a bad experience, the price is not unreasonable, and definitely a good addition for the kiddies. Although it is pretty reminiscent of the flash games I used to play on CN's website. Hopefully if they keep publishing proper games they'll start to expand somewhat; I'd definitely drop some cash for a good Adventure Time game ;)

Add this to the list of tech I want to try but must wait until it's out for the commoners; I'm looking at you, Occulus Rift!
The analogue, erm, touchpad placements are an interesting choice. I'm not a fan of Microsoft, generally, but if there's one thing I like it's their gamepad (save for the wonky D-Pad), so I'm curious as to how this one compares.
