This is one of the single best reasons SteamOS will make Linux better on the whole, companies are getting their acts together to fix up their Linux support and things can only get better from here.

Is the one thing I've been saying for months now.... SteamOS ain't gonna make everybody just drop Windows, but the simple fact it will bring us support like never before is enough to deserve praise from the Linux community!

That is great news! But it should also be noted that the surveys seems to appear on every Windows client, only Linux (and maybe Mac, I don't know) seems to have a problem with it....

Either way it is a too broad term really to used for marketing platform support. If developers start using PC to mean Windows, Mac OSX and Linux then the BSD folks may start complaining about that since those OSes support X86 as well.

Well, they don't need to support every single PC OS every time they say "PC", they can even say "PC" and still only support Windows anyway....
What is wrong is they say things like "for PC and Linux" when Linux actually is a PC OS too.... this thing is so messed up that every time someone say that.... he is actually saying that an specific Operational System is a Hardware .-.

Well it was in a Humble Bundle before, so there was a Linux version already, but I wanted it on Steam for Linux :)

I really didn't know there was a Linux version, or at least I don't remember knowing.... anyway, I will just give a little boost to my Steam Wallet and buy it now! :D
