Yes, one of my main issues with Tuxedo. I like my laptop, but the Intel graphics is, uh, not competitive and I always had issues with Nvidia's blob (maybe [likely?] better nowadays but I'm not willing to try it again).

The game has a dozen (or so) events with a short explaining paragraph - covering other tribes, religion and technologies. Don't know how accurate the info is, but it sounds plausible.

Isn't this nowadays rather normal? Stellaris does the same (used as example as I'm playing it at this moment).

FB aside I think the game is too expensive, the replay value is rather low and it is imo not worth the 10 Euros (I got it yesterday for 5 bucks after playing the demo. Not a _bad_ game, but too linear and short. I expected more depth.)

I noticed this, too. The game seems to be generally based on Settlers 2 (best version, imho) with improvements - e.g. I like the resource meters that make it much easier to see an unbalanced economy.

Very interested in this one, as alternative to Widelands.

Maybe too early to ask - but is it any fun? Skimming Steam reviews one theme is "the DM hates me" though this is "only" balancing. Mostly I'm intrigued by the RPG+city building/strategy aspect but this seems to be hard to do right - e.g. PoE's stronghold management felt (for me) always tacked on without really fitting with the rest of the game.
