You should know, if the game has a strong build-you-ship part, the gameplay is closer to a crossover between Freelancer and X, than Robocraft or Starmade.

I backed it on KS, and i'm not disappointed so far. Sure it needs some works and polished, but it has already a lot to offer. I'm about 40 hours in, haven't reach the center of the galaxy yet, i like to take my time. I almost didn't fight, i love to be a salvager, waiting at distance from an AI fight, then salvage for fun and profits.
Already 2 patches since released in Early Access on Steam, and as i "know" the devs from the past year i follow the project, i'm very confident they will deliver what we can expect.

I may try it again. I don't play much online FPS, but I used to enjoy ArmA, BF 2142, TF2...

I didn't manage to enjoy it, i've refunded it on xmas events. I like when if FPS have classes, they have some strong profiles. Here, they are all more or less soldiers with more or less different guns, and a few tricks, so for this i prefer simply no class, only inventory management.

Nice share.
Hong Kong has nice "sandboxish" ideas, but too much borinq texts. Even if i only went to the end of DMS campaign, Dragonfall is the best one for me. I could never push myself enough to play all along the stories, but it feels overall the most balanced of all, between texts, combat, story, choices, openworld feeling...

I don't feel attracted at all by this "mechsuits" game. I much prefer slow heavy Mech model. I wish Mechwarrior online was on Linux. WINE perf are terrible with it on my machine, but it was fine 2-3 years ago when i was still dual booting. I tried yesterday again, from PlayOnLinux, not playable in good condition...

Quoting: Al3sDamn, I bought this game in Desura like a thousand years ago, before it went to Steam. I remember the main dev's house got robbed or something and they didn't have backups; they lost months worth of work.Same here. It doesn't seem to be so developped since then, actually.

I really did not like it (the demo at least). Too simplistic.
