Half life 3 dont must be exclusive, it should be optimitzed same in linux than in windows, and show windows player that linux have bigger perfomance. It's the most fair and best option.

I think they should let linux/mac players log in to the server without battle eye till they have it done. Btw, how many cheaters could have linux/mac players? if they are only 1-2% of the amount online players? Don't let them log in is like ban all mac/linux users because you can't proof they are innocents and you think they could be cheaters. Simple apply it on windows players and wait till you can apply it to linux/mac users. But ban them from all servers is just stupid and against logical.

I has been playing all weekend in Lan party with 2 friends windows, I were playing on my linux box with Fedora 23. I didn't hosted the game. It worked smoothly almost all weekend, But i had 2 times problems, suddendly my game shut down suddendly. And was impossible to reconnnect, as fast as i connect to the game it crashed. My friends had to move to other place and then i joined the game successfully. But it was like 15 hours playing and having to much fun.

Ye, we had a ZOMBIES LAN PARTY to be ready for the launch of Dying light the following. :D
