Quoting: cxphergmailcomWine is bad for gaming on Linux imo.and that means you still have to install that garbage OS.
I'd rather the focus be on imommu with KVM going forward if that's the case. Anything is better than Wine.
Wine is however, good for Office applications and other productivity apps not available on Linux.

Haven't been able to play games much lately, but some [Life is Strange](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1bqc4U7FQQ [External Link]) - really like it.
And a little bit of [Alone in Space](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JH2AkTh-764 [External Link]) - not bad game, but could use some atmospheric music and a bit more polishing

i don't know why some distros hold back driver updates... its just stupid imo

Quoting: m2mg2Nvidia driver 367??? That isn't even Fedora repo's. I only uninstalled the repo binary driver 35-something and compiled the binary from Nvidia a couple of weeks ago to get Vulkan support. Are they using Vulkan, what would the reason to require such a recent driver be? Seems like the majority of Linux users would not have this version, am I wrong?367.27 is quite old already, 367.35 is a thing atm

would ofc be nice to see if it runs 60fps with lower end hardware from few years ago

Quoting: Avehicle7887Looks good but there's something not clicking for me: A game released in 2007 and runs at only 100 fps on a 980ti? Sorry if I sound like a party pooper, but I'm not impressed. I'd really like to see an fps comparison with the Windows version.why?, i dont think its important, its a port afterall and i doubt anyone is gaming with the hardware from 2006-2007

Will it be redeemable in steam when i buy from VP store?
i just don't want to have games from different places and deal with manual updates.

FORCED SHOWDOWN now available on Linux & SteamOS
26 Jun 2016 at 8:28 am UTC
you just pick up some cards before the match to give you the bonuses you chose. ofc every card consumes mana and you are limited on that.
once you beat boss and start new arenas, you can draw new cards and throw some of the bad ones you got, out.
thats pretty much all there is to do with cards. its pretty much like buffs you can choose from

Quoting: MyeulCI'm skeptical about the cards concept, even though I loved FORCED :/its not a card game..
Does someone have feedback on this (just be aware that I am not fond of card games, usually) ?
