Croteam has stated on their forum that Serious Sam 3: BFE running on their new Fusion engine which uses Vulkan could arrive in public Beta as early as next month.
Just a note to not get overly excited about threaded OpenGL in Mesa. While it's true it could help a bunch of games, there's also games it likely won't help or even make worse. Feral Interactive's ports already do it, and I'm sure others do too.
I am seriously excited to try out Construct 3, as it enables creation of games without actual coding. It uses an interesting events system like in Construct 2, Fusion and other toolkits. The developers have shown the first preview with pictures of it on Linux too.
Shadowrun was not only the first CRPG series I found compelling enough to play through all the way to the end, but one that I also found myself invested in enough to purchase additional instalments soon after playing the first.
Honestly, I never heard about this title until Steam recommended it to me, and once I learned that it has a demo available, then it became a priority. Of course, I think it was a very good experience, and I'm looking forward to eventually acquire the full game.
This is the big one. Steam have released a major update of the Steam client which not only adds in some big new features, it also drastically improves the Linux client.
