Virtual Programming has released a new version of their ARMA 3 beta which brings the game in sync with the Windows version for the first time. The new beta also provides support for the Laws of War DLC.

Bohemia Interactive have announced in their latest "SITREP" that the Linux version of Arma 3 will be updated to the latest version of 1.76, work is set to start on it "soon".

Bohemia Interactive have put out Virtual Programming's latest update of Arma 3 for Linux, it includes 64bit support and finally fixes the texture issue I had.

Breaking Point is an online survival game that blends survival realism with the gameplay of a modern military shooter. It was previously an Arma 3 mod, but now they're moving to Unreal Engine 4 with a Kickstarter and they plan Linux support.

It seems that the experimental Linux version of Arma 3 is going to get the 64bit version in a coming update.

Sad news for players of ARK: Survival Evolved as it now uses BattlEye for online play, but the great news is the developers of ARK have confirmed BattlEye is coming to Linux and they are throwing money to help it happen. This will also be good news for Arma 3 players.
