I got an email asking me to post this, it looks interesting and could be useful - Zoftilo Voice Chat -  Our main goal with this project, is to create a voice chat client and server, that is easy to use, free for personal usage, and at a minimum capable of running on Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.

QuoteHi,

We are Mario and Dennis and we are making Zoftilo Voice Chat.

Zoftilo is a multi platform VOIP client / server solution for Linux and other OS.  We are doing this on our spare time and because of this, trying to raise funds by crowd funding at indiegogo.com. We wonder if there is any chance you can help us spread the word to make it possible to make this voice chat for as many OS as possible?

Campaign Page

Any help is appreciated as it has been very hard to get any visitors to the campaign. Such activity requires a large social network, wich is something we don't have.

The money will raise by the campaign will cover our costs for hardware, development tools and keeping them up to date. This means: software, development licenses, computer hardware, and additional assets. If people are generous we will try to make Zoftilo client versions for Android and IOS. Anything extra goes into developing games for Linux and Mac OS X.

Warm Regards
Mario Lindback

Noise Reduction

Low and High Pass filters is now in place. Users can enable/disable, set Cutoff Frequency and Resonance. The resulting sound quality is really nice.
