The mech battling game 'Heavy Gear Assault' is heading to Steam soon and they are giving away 1000 keys to people who sign up on their mailing list.

It launches on Steam on December 15th, so it's not long to go. They recently released a Linux version too which personally I tested and it actually ran pretty well.

it's been awhile since I played a Mech Warrior game, this seems really nice. Will most likely pick this up soon.
