Funnily enough, I've just sank a beautiful Cabernet Sauvingon tonight, despite my drunken antics on yesterday's 7D2D stream. Good timing! Also, I should probably drink less. Probably.

Yeah, I've decided not to drink any more.

Or any less for that matter...

It's funny that Proton slowed a little their releases, there's a lot of newer version of wine, dxvk and d9vk

Great to see Codeweavers fixed the Rockstar launcher issues and GTA5 works again with their custom proton version :)
Hope this will soon be released in a newer proton version so it works out of the box again

Slow and steady may well win the race, it's better Valve/CodeWeavers carefully review the new versions before just pushing them out though. Let them all get more testing in the wild, then pull them in when ready.

Proton releases like to skip many wine versions: 3.7->3.16->4.2->4.11 so do not worry, they have a nice development pace. I'm curious about which wine version we get net. Any guesses?

Agreed! I'd rather have them skip some WINE releases in exchange for steady, stable progress. Lately I've had the first time when a new Proton release broke a game that used to run flawlessly with it (Star Trek Online). It still works with Proton 4.2, so it's definitely a problem with the new Proton and not the game.

Supposedly this wine version should see applications like Mod Manager 2 vfs mostly working (some apps launched within need folders created manually).
