Beat 'N' Path sounds like a fun game for the creative mind, that has you design and build various machines to produce music across a career mode and a sandbox to create whatever you want. Coming from the same team that made Balloonatics and Groove Gunner, it looks quite the delight.

  • Career Mode: Design and build your own solutions to complete jobs for clients. Completing jobs will unlock new components and opportunities. Each client has their own style, and each job has unique requirements and restrictions. Be creative. There are many ways to approach each job, and bonuses for going above and beyond.
  • Sandbox Mode: Experiment in sandbox mode without limits. Share your creations with other players to show off your masterpiece or to collaborate.

Give it a follow on Steam. It will have Native Linux support and it releases "early next year".

Is it just me or does this look like it could be inspired by Zachtronics' games? A multi-solution, open-ended, puzzle game.

Not surprising. The devs have mentioned a love for both Factorio and Zachtronics.
