If you enjoyed Unpacking and want perhaps a little something more to design the entire room and then some, Furnish Master looks like one you may want to try.

The game was inspired by the developer's introduction to game development as a level designer with a love of 3D modelling, Furnish Master was developed as a debut solo project to be a relaxing interior design game for players with or without design experience. A game where you can express yourself however you want furnishing apartments, houses, commercial estates and even outdoors. There's a full sandbox mode and a story mode too.

Do you know if there is a "creative" mode, where we can set the room shape and size, and try combinations of furnitures to see how it results?

Remember when we had video games fantasizing about dragons and spaceships.
Now we seem to be fantasizing about home ownership

if you want complete freedom, why not try SweetHome3D? it's also free and part of many distros...

looked at prices for houses recently? for many of us owning one is just something we can dream of...
but I agree, some action and a "real" story would be much nicer... doesn't have to include dragons...

People play games to do things they can't in real life. (Generally speaking…)
Wonder if it's moddable. Seems like it would be good if people could add custom furniture packs. My taste, for instance, tends to be a bit more antiquey than what I saw in the trailer.
