The mysterious upcoming retro-styled delivery sim Easy Delivery Co. is now Steam Deck Verified, and it's clearly popular with over 150,000 Steam wishlists. Previously covered here on GamingOnLinux back in May, I love the old PlayStation style to it and the vibes it gives off is quite interesting.
There's still a demo available and it's due to launch at some point in "Q3" which is up until the end of September - hopefully we'll get a clearer idea of when soon. Just today ahead of the upcoming release, Valve gave it the Steam Deck Verified green tick of approval using the latest Proton 10 Beta.

More about it from Steam:
Easy Delivery Co. is a relaxing driving game, with definitely no secrets. You’ve been hired as a delivery driver in a once-lively scenic mountain town now plagued with inhospitable weather. Make deliveries and uncover the story of the town’s not-at-all mysterious residents, all while earning well below minimum wage.
Features
- Earn a "living" by delivering packages with your kei truck
- Take in the atmospheric scenery or blitz through (road safety not required)
- Buy drastically overpriced gas and get to know the locals
- Simple controls and retro graphics
- Listen to cool beats while driving
- Nothing strange going on, no lore, nothing at all, we promise
The demo was pretty good and relaxing (ran great on deck) but I hope they push the limits more in the final release and future updates.
I just like the fact theres a first person view for driving with.
I'd love to see it have seasons and be a little animal crossing engaging.
Er old animal crossing not the new one with all the grind and animals defaulting to only happy.
Just wanna drive and get to know the locals, and the spooks.
