There is a typo in my Conky setup that I only noticed and fixed recently. If anyone else here can spot it they get a cookie.

It's hard to see with the small text and high compression, but I think it says

Still rocking MATE x11.

Tried KDE wayland for 1 month in May, but it was buggy and unstable for me. Basic things like drag and drop or copy-paste stopping working at random points, global hotkey support is a mess. plasmashell restarting itself every few days, input being more laggy (probably could tweak it somewhere) etc, just not for me. So i stick to my old working stable one.

It's been a long while since I've posted here, nice that the forums are finally back.

As to my setup, in terms of my desktop setup not much has changed - a different wallpaper, some differences in extensions used and some other minor changes. I've also changed the CPU scheduler to the one that was developed by Valve for the Steam Deck: scx_lavd. If Valve deems it better for a desktop / gaming workload, I am poised to trust their judgement in that regard.
Still rocking the same openSUSE Tumbleweed install.

What has changed is what is under the hood. I've upgraded nearly all parts of my PC - only the GPU (since imo it's still quite powerful) and drives stayed the same. Thanks to the beauty of Linux, no reinstall was needed.

The latest Godot Engine release had me do some more work on my project, so here is February:
