Twisting the classic chess into a strategy game where you become the piece you capture, as you try to outsmart the board on January 9, 2026. After getting hooked in by Below the Crown I'm keen to see what other developers can do with chess.

Doing this differently once again, here you only control a single piece which you use to capture other pieces and assume their form and take their moves. So each capture changes how you'll be playing the game, so it's all about planning ahead to complete each board puzzle.
