Love a good point and click adventure comedy Less Miserables is an upcoming point-and-click parody of Les Miserables. It's due to release with Linux support, and just recently the developers at College Fun Games released a demo so you can try it a bit early.
More about it from the developer: "Part 'Monkey Island', part 'Allo 'Allo, Less Miserables aims to do for 'Les Misérables' what 'Life of Brian' did to The Bible, with legally British humour, and a modern hobo-based hint system. The game follows the known tropes, but is accessible for people who never pretended to sing from the barricades or see a three-headed monkey. You’ll play parody puzzles of Gwent, Curse of the Golden Idol and even deface Notre Dame. Fully hand-drawn, with 30 beautiful and/or deprived locations in Paris to explore, and dozens of historical characters, fully voiced by amazing stars of Edinburgh Fringe and stand-up, recorded in live-improv recording sessions."

They're planning a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to go live April 2nd.
Quoting: pbThe artwork looks suspiciously sloppy, especially the backgrounds...From the Kickstarter page "Everything is hand made, with no AI used in any part of the process".

Quoting: pbHaving something hand made doesn't automatically make it good of course. But yeah, the scenes look boring and inconsistent.Quoting: whizseI don't know what is worse, if that turns out to be a lie or the truth. ;pQuoting: pbThe artwork looks suspiciously sloppy, especially the backgrounds...From the Kickstarter page "Everything is hand made, with no AI used in any part of the process".
