Winnie's Hole is one of my current indie favourites from the creators of Ring of Pain, with you infecting the classic Winnie-the-Pooh character.
So what exactly is it? You play as a virus inside Pooh's body and mind. Split between two modes of expanding inside the body to progress as you build up a deck of actions, which you perform during turn-based combat. It's dark and weird but good fun.
The developers recently released The Collection Update adding in a way to track all your discoveries, 20+ new research recipies, 40+ new perks and mutations and help some animated tooltips. For those of you playing on smaller screens like the Steam Deck, there's also a new text sizing option to make the UI more clear.

The developers said for the next update they're working on bringing mid-game saves, more virus strains and a new region for the story promising the next major update will be "extra spicy with more playable content".
Currently in Early Access so it's not finished, but what's there already is thoroughly interesting to play through. The game works great on Linux with Proton. I can happily recommend you go and explore Winnie's Hole.
