Necesse blends a bit of many genres and now many collabs all in one in the Secrets update that's out now.

A game that's kind of difficult to describe due to the blend. It has elements of multiple games. There's survival and exploration, building like out of Minecraft / Terraria along with colony building elements too. A bit of an all-in-one 2D RPG you can play solo or with friends.

This big update adds in "a handful of secrets for you to find throughout Necesse, including some small cool collabs with our friends" which includes Palworld, Rimworld, Core Keeper and Valheim.

Added a "friendly" creature from Rimworld.
Added a handful of cool dev secrets from the Fair Games team found throughout Necesse.

Changed birch and maple sapling texture to better represent their possible leaves colors.
Settlers will now keep their settings after being downed and revived again.
Sword dashes now also give resilience on hit.
The "A New Hope" Incursion Perk is now a Tier 6 Perk instead of Tier 7.
Changed Crystal Shield retaliation damage to be equal to twice the damage you would have taken before the shield reduced it.
Reduced the health and speed of incursion Cavelings.
Reduced Pig Statue crafting cost.
Revival Potion can now be stored in the Potion Pouch.
Reanimation Bow now spawns a Baby Skeleton instead of a Regular Skeleton. Damage is unchanged.
Settlers and summons are now better at hitting projectiles on worm enemies.

Fixes:

Fixed possible crash when trying to open journal while having selected an entry without treasure loot.
Fixed Arcanic Crate not counting towards the Complete Collector achievement.
Fixed maple and birch trees sometimes dropping wrong colored leaves.
Fixed settlers search bar not updating when changing tab.
Fixed Static Jellyfish sometimes having a hard time getting an attack off.
Fixed first item set proxies getting reset on player load.
Fixed issue where character obtained items would sometimes desync between full player stats and achievements.
Fixed modifiers list cutting off the text a few pixels too early and the position when snapped.
Fixed pirate regions sometimes not getting cleared close to spawn, resulting in music playing when entering them.
Fixed net sounding like it's a sword when swung.
Fixed being able to use mount key to exit polymorph with specific mounts equipped.
Fixed crates and other breakables not dropping the correct biome based or cave based loot.
Fixed Brutes Battleaxe hitbox being very small around the player.
Fixed Mother Slime and Ascended Wizard shockwave attack stopping after its first hit.
Fixed objects sometimes spawning in Cursed Crone liquid path when they shouldn't.
Fixed village houses sometimes spawning with the wrong entrance tile.
Fixed some settlers and villagers sometimes chasing outside when they shouldn't to attack enemies.
Fixed damage taken and damage dealt not counting resilience damage taken/dealt.
Fixed Lava Path Tiles sometimes not tiling correct.
Fixed several Statues missing a broker value.
Fixed Sunlight Champion's Sunlight Orb sound effect being extremely loud when playing multiplayer.
Fixed some issues with Sage & Grit sometimes despawning or not dropping rewards.

Modding/servers:

Settlement assign work form is now easier to mod with new SettlementAssignWorkForm.setupButtons() method.
Made all item categories show by default in creative items tab.
Added category lists in CreativeMenuForm to define whether a modded category should be in placeables or mobs.
Refactored workstations and other dual multi tile objects to make extending them easier.

And some other smaller changes and fixes.
