With Summer Game Fest approaching and a few smaller events leading up to it, you can easily miss things so Valve have made it a bit easier to follow.
On Steam there's a new Summer Showcase 2026 page for the "Steam Summer Showcase of Summer Showcases". Bit of a mouthful isn't it, but it really does make it a bit easier to track and follow because there's just so much going on all across this week with event after event, announcement after announcement. How is anyone supposed to keep up with it?
We've already had The Mix Summer Game Showcase which featured 2 hours of announcements:

And later today there's Black Voices in Gaming starting at 6:45 PM UTC:

After that we also have:
- Latin American Games Showcase - June 4th at 9 PM UTC
- Women-Led Games - June 4th at 11 PM UTC
- The Access-Ability Summer Showcase - June 5th at 3 PM UTC
- Summer Game Fest - June 5th at 9 PM UTC
- Day of the Devs - June 5th at 11 PM UTC
- IGN Live - June 6th at 7 PM UTC
- PC Gaming Show - June 7th at 7 PM UTC
Plus even more, there's not going to be a free moment later this week.
I do love that certain events give the spotlight to more games, especially unique looking indie games, but with so many packed events one after the other - I don't see how it actually helps that much, everything gets buried so quickly. But what do I know, I don't work in marketing. I'm just a person with an already overloaded inbox.
What are you looking forward to and what are you hoping to see?
