I found information on the website of Runesoft that Cultures: The 8th Wonder of The World will be available for Linux:
http://www.rune-soft.com/Games/Released/Game-239/game=Cultures_The_8th_Wonder_of_The_World-38
They also confirmed this information on their Facebook profile:
Me: "I hope that you will port this game to Linux."
Runesoft: "A Linux version will be coming later this year."

Did you try to ask them on facebook?
If they don't answer their emails, I'm not chasing them further. If they are bothered enough about getting word out they will reply or come to us directly.
