I got a notice to restart Steam today and, after doing so, find that I've gotten a couple of strange problems. One is that my Steam controller no longer seems to be noticed by the games I've tried it in and the other is that I've noticed some weird system lags popping up here and there while some Steam game is open.

Anyone else getting something like this, or is it just me?
