I am glad that I didnt order Ryzen since now we have Threadripper
So here are the parts I have decided to order:
1. PSU --> EVGA SuperNOVA T2 80 Plus Titanium Netzteil 1000 Watt
2. Motherboard --> ASUS ROG ZENITH EXTREME
3. CPU --> AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X Socket TR4
4. Cpu cooler --> Noctua NH-U14S TR4-SP3
5. RAM --> G.Skill Trident Z 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 (4x8GB) 32GTZSW
6. Graphic Card --> ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080Ti AMP! Extreme 11GB
7. Hard Disk --> Samsung SSD 960 Pro M.2 512GB x2 ( RAID)
My main job will be developing (game engines like unreal,unity and most probably blender) + Gaming + many other activities related to my work.
if you have any suggestions or anything to comment about the parts please let me know
Thanks!

Unfortunately, my experience has so far been a rough ride. I guess I simply made too many (careless) changes. Instead of going with MSI again I picked up a brand new ASUS motherboard (ROG STRIX X370-F). (I have only good experiences with MSI but bad ones with ASUS- except for their graphic cards.) The board still has quite some problems. For one, it recognizes the DDR4 but doesn't automatically choose the correct timings. When changing it manually the computer won't boot properly anymore and the timings have to be re-confirmed again every time the computer is powered on. Also, the build-in network device wasn't working properly. It simply wasn't initiated whenever the computer was cold-booted. In the end, I bought a separate PCIe network card and switched off the integrated one of the motherboard.
I'd advise to anyone when choosing Ryzen to carefully check the hardware of choice. Check tests and forums and the more BIOS updates available, the better. Ryzen and its periphery seems to be a very tricky affair.
