I have the same ui/wallpapers/DE for years and I am not planning to ever change them, maybe just some tweaks etc.
Is just so convenient of what I have now that anything I will try to change it will just make it worse.

Cinnamon is such a great DE.
ZBlood has been replaced with BloodCM and the Trine icon has been removed in favour of Hard West.
Went back to XFCE4 because it's awesome. Added a second screen. The screenshot shows a weird floating bar with icons in the center.. but that's actually just the right side of my left screen ;)
Steam using the pressure skin (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/pressureskin). The friends list is not broken, I applied my uber awesome GIMP skills to blur things out.
