Ofcourse you don't need to reinstall if you are satisfied with your current install. (BTW you gotta love the adopted manjaro-architect installer <3)
If you still have the iso where you had the "stuck at grub issue" with, you can always test if it boots into the live environment.

Oh I see where I wasn't clear. The live ISO boots fine, it's the install that didn't. I think the ISO uses rEFInd, too.
