I moved around how new topics/existing topics work. Previously, topic data and reply data were completely separated in their own SQL tables causing a few issues when trying to grab data for specific users (like showing x users latest forum topics and posts together). Now, each topic will also have a post row with the text so it's much easier to query together.
I've updated literally everywhere I could find for topics to detect the new place to find their text, so hopefully it's fine.
