Could we get a more obvious link for new topics? Maybe it's just me, but every time I go to make one I look all around for a button before I find the link under the title bar. I feel like a button at the right end of the title bar would be more natural, like below (but presumably with the usual link color or in bold):

Thanks! I'll tell you for sure the next time I try to make a thread, whether my brain is satisfied or still lost ;)

I would suggest increasing the padding on the a.badge to 5px, but I don't know what else uses the .badge class so you might need to add it to that element specifically. Not a big deal if it's too much trouble :)
