The GZDoom profile works great. It is fully mapped for Brutal Doom, so if you are only using GZDoom a lot of the other mapped buttons will be N/A. If you haven't tried the Brutal Doom mod I recommend it. "https://www.moddb.com/mods/brutal-doom"
