I'm not sure if this is a bug or is meant to be that way.

Due to this post, I got aware that people can easily edit their posts and there won't be any kind of log (i.e.: [user] edited their post on [date]) informing that.

If possible, it would be nice if this is changed, please, because it leaves room for confusions and even trolling.

I don't know if I would request it as a feature, might not be worth the effort; sometimes it would be helpful to see the changes, not only the fact a post has been edited, but what has been.
