I was wondering if anyone was having any issues with their steam deck?
I have just needed to RMA mine due to issues with freezing and crashing.
I would be playing a game, it would freeze, then restart the deck.
I noticed on Reddit a few people having to RMA due to this.
For info I got mine in the first batch, and 256 GB model.
The process of sending it back as pretty easy, I did this on Wednesday... Will update with any progress.
Thanks
So reported it on the 01/05/2022
Agreed to RMA on the 02/05/2022
I shipped on 03/05/2022
Steam received it on 06/05/2022 - DHL held item a few days as it needed customs clearance.
Steam shipped replacement 11/05/2022
Will update on if it's a new unit or a refurbished.
13/05/2022 steam deck is out for delivery, expected today.
So that was 10 days from me sending from the UK to them sending a replacement.
